Digita Bear Ltd. provides certified ethical hacking and private investigation services. Some services may involve unconventional means, which are conducted only under the explicit authorization of the Client.

3. Client Responsibility

• The Client must ensure they have the legal right and authority to request our services.

• Digita Bear Ltd. shall not be held liable for any misuse of information or for any criminal activity conducted by the Client before, during, or after the engagement.

• The Client assumes full responsibility for their actions and outcomes resulting from the services provided.

4. Confidentiality

All engagements are handled with the highest level of confidentiality. The Company does not collect, store, or share any personal data beyond what is necessary for the execution of agreed services.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed under the Company’s Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digita Bear Ltd. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its services.

7. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly.
