• Both the Client and the Company reach a mutual agreement regarding the refund.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The Client fails to make full payment.

• The Client does not review or approve completed work.

• Services have been fully delivered as outlined in the agreement.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed promptly. The processing time may vary depending on the case and the payment method used.

5. Final Decision

All refund determinations are final and rest solely with Digita Bear Ltd.
